If you have a dispute you like to settle with us, please let us know right away. In case you feel we cannot resolve the dispute together, you can reach out to ANT’s complaints procedure. The KNMT’s complaints officer will advise and assist you in resolving your complaint, and mediate between you and the dentist if necessary.

The Complaints Handling Office is open on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 11:00 and 18:00. The office is closed on Thursdays.

The KNMT complaints procedure is in line with the Quality, Complaints and Disputes in Healthcare Act (Wkkgz) and has been approved by the Consumers’ Association.
If your complaint hasn’t been resolved to your satisfaction, you can contact the Dental care Dispute Authority (Geschilleninstantie Mondzorg). Examination by the Dispute Authority requires a 75, – court fee.
